- Company XXX, with registered office YYY, managed by ZZZ, processes in the event of a response to a query submitted using the contact form in the sense of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (formerly and hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data:

- and phone.
- First name, last name, email and phone number must be processed in order to answer a question submitted using the contact form. These personal data will be processed by XXX for a period of 6 months.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the company XXX, i.e. the administrator of personal data.
- Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- request information from us on what personal data we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request us to delete this personal data – this deletion will, however, result in the termination of negotiations on the contract,
- in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
